Postpartum Package

 

 

After birth I will visit you in your home to help you and your family adjust to motherhood. I will prepare healthy meals, snacks and beverages for mommy and baby. I will feed change and nurture baby as needed while mommy rests and share my wisdom on how to remain fit and healthy as mom gets comfortable in her new body. I will do this once a week up to three hours for 3 months.

Price:

$1600 for package and $40 per hour after 3 month period

If I travel out of state to you an additional $1000 will be added to original price plus room and board expenses covered

For all clients a deposit must be put down to secure your session!!!
